Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SocialEase VA for your virtual assistance needs. We strive to provide excellent services and ensure your satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we’re here to help.


Refund Eligibility


1. Service Not Delivered:

   - If the service you ordered was not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.


2. Service Quality Issues:

   - If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, you may request a revision. If the issue remains unresolved after revisions, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the deviation from the agreed-upon quality.


3. Cancellation of Service:

   - If you cancel the service before it has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. If the service has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.



Non-Refundable Situations


1. Change of Mind:

   - Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind about the service after it has been delivered as per the agreed specifications.


2. Delayed Communications:

   - Delays caused by a lack of timely response or necessary information from the client are not eligible for refunds.


3. Completed Services:

   - Services that have been completed and delivered to the client's satisfaction, as evidenced by acceptance or use of the service, are not eligible for refunds.



How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please follow these steps:


1. Contact Us:

   - Send an email to [bevelyn@socialeaseva.com] with your order details, including the service provided, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.


2. Review Process:

   - Our customer support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. Please allow up to 7 business days for the review process.


3. Resolution:

   - After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the resolution. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
